I stayed for a weekend getaway and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The room was exceptionally well-equipped, featuring a rolling work table that made it perfect for my partner and me to enjoy card games. The bright, spacious bathroom housed plush towels, while the shower was simply delightful. The hotel's cleanliness and fresh ambiance attracted me right away, and the friendly “British Lady” at check-in made us feel right at home. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious and fresh—with a lovely hot chocolate bar available late at night.

I strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in an amazing location, right in the heart of Jackson. It's conveniently close to Fort Mill, shopping areas, and Charlotte. We thoroughly enjoyed our room; it was beautiful and very comfortable.

I adored the cheerful decorations in the lobby-it felt like a sunny retreat! the common areas were easy to navigate and well-lit, making it perfect for seniors like me. the hotel's central location was ideal for exploring the area without needing to venture far.

Wish the children working there could ensure quieter rooms for seniors.

Absolutely mind, blowing experience! Room was super spacious with a ridiculously comfortable mattress. Staff were jaw, droppingly friendly and attentive.
